The Home & Pantry brand truly came about after the successful opening of their first store in London in 2011. As a retailer of beautiful and quirky products, they attracted a great following from within the trendy London set. With their vintage appeal and affordable pieces, they quickly gained interest. Exposure online alongside a flawless Magento store was the way forward for Home & Pantry.
We envisioned the homepage to be in harmony with the style of the product collections, to give visitors an instant impression. The majority of the site was required to be purely image led, complimented with unusual typography and pastel shades. Drop-downs were kept clean and simple with photographs to entice the customer to click through.
Our work was not purely creative. Home & Pantry’s website was carefully crafted to display product details and house complex delivery and gift-wrap options, presenting customers with an array of choices. Dual payment gateways and One Step Checkout were added to allow for flexibility and easy purchasing.
Home & Pantry’s completed Magento platform went live mid-June 2013 as a slick and competitive interiors site. Since then, email campaigns merged with Mailchimp targeted existing and potential customers and received a great response. Now with Pinterest integrated pages, Home & Pantry seeks to engage even more users, with a view to inspire and ultimately sell.
