When it comes to heritage, the Letts Group is a world leader. Established in 1796, the stationery business began in the humble arcades of the London Royal Exchange. Up to the present day, Letts has retained its prestige and takes pride in the workmanship of their diaries. However, despite the historic nature of Letts, they also have modern ties in the form of a number of websites, including the well-known Filofax brand and several newspaper diary sites.
Digital Boutique was chosen by Letts to offer a secure support and hosting solution. With their ever expanding product ranges and new endeavours, it was essential for them to have a suitable agency to rely on. Technical aspects such as high performance hosting and incorporating global multi-stores have been a major focus for us. We delivered one-to-one training and group sessions to staff at Letts and Filofax, based around the tuition of the Magento website management. These were followed up by provision of customised training manuals.
Work with Letts & Filofax is ongoing. On the cards are some design and branding strategies across the various brands within the Letts Group. This will ensure Letts’ future place in eCommerce world and will be followed up by intensive marketing campaigns. It is a great example of the natural evolution of an authentic, family company that can still celebrate its roots.
