More than 4,000 retailers of all shapes and sizes rely on Novuna to provide their credit facility. The leading finance company asked us to extend its reach even further by creating a PayByFinance app that would allow retailers to offer Novuna finance directly from their ecommerce stores.
We provided a smooth user experience, seamlessly integrating the checkout process on retailer sites with the Novuna finance portal. Customers then return to the retailer site with a finance decision.
To set the project up for success, we kicked off with a full creative strategy and scoping process.
Our discovery work revealed several unknowns. This meant Novuna needed a partner that could react to changes in requirements without losing sight of the overall project objective – exactly what we do best. We worked closely with the team to mitigate risks and adapt quickly to emerging information.
The PayByFinance app makes a complex process appear simple, routing ecommerce customers to the Novuna finance portal before seamlessly returning them to the retailer’s site with a finance decision.
Any changes to the underlying finance application platform would have brought significant disruption to Novuna’s operations. That simply wasn’t an option. So we designed the app to deliver a more intuitive user experience, while integrating with the existing system.
