ANTA is a luxury Scottish lifestyle brand that specialises in contemporary Scottish architecture, interiors and fashion.

The team approached us with concerns around the performance, security and future optimisation of their existing Magento 2 site.

Day to day, it had become unmanageable.

We replaced it with an omnichannel Shopify solution that brings the ideal mix of stability and standout features.

How we did it

This was a project of two parts. First, eliminate the technical issues frustrating ANTA's staff and customers. Then elevate the customer experience and bring ANTA’s in-store magic to the screen.

We spent time understanding ANTA’s goals and saw a big opportunity for the brand. Moving to a SaaS platform would offer everything their store needed with less cost and complexity for the team to manage.

The brand's new Shopify site is entirely managed by ANTA's in-house team. With complexity replaced by simplicity, there’s been a significant step-up in sales and a dramatic drop in customer service calls.

Phase II: magic

With the site stable, ANTA could at last focus on refining, rather than worrying about, their site. Together, we identified ways to improve the experience with a focus on aligning customer needs and business goals.

Gift registry, trade pricing, and email when back in stock were among the features we added to help empower and inspire ANTA's customers.

Bespoke functionality

A Bespoke Rug Builder allows customers to create the ideal floor covering for their space, offering sizes in 10cm increments as well as a choice of fabric and binding. Backend logic calculates how many runs of each material are needed to create the customer’s chosen dimensions and these are checked against inventory to eliminate stock-related delays. On the front end, an interactive element shows a real-time representation of the finished product to help users visualise it in their home.

From content to conversion

Custom functionality now creates a clearer route to purchase across several ANTA's site, including their Cookbook and Lookbook blogs.
