A Dream Experience for Sleepwear Shoppers

At PJ Pan, every day is a pyjama day. The brand’s huge range of luxury nightwear is the ideal blend of quality and style.

Wanting more customers to wake up to this unique market position, we worked with the team to replace a dated website with a site worthy of this stylish sleepwear brand.

We transformed PJ Pan’s look while staying true to the essence of the product and established photography style.

We had created the existing PJ Pan store on Magento 1 five years earlier, so we were able to hit the ground running.

A Fresh Look

This was the end of the old PJ Pan and the start of the new. The look: white space, block colours and a clean font. The feel: fresh and timeless.

Streamlined navigation, intuitive interaction patterns and an instinctive user journey rounded off this premium, minimalist effect.

The site’s minimalist style belies the complex filtering and search solutions we created exclusively for PJ Pan. Anyone who works with a lot of sizes, styles and colours knows the complexity this kind of data brings to filtering, navigation, search and back-office integrations. We considered every detail to design an experience that lets shoppers find their perfect pyjamas with ease.

Continuing the Conversation

To extend the experience beyond the site, we introduced email automation to help the brand keep in touch with customers – whether to launch the new site or promote online-only lines to its growing customer base. We also introduced an active loyalty programme.

A Seamless Switchover

We enriched and restructured all of PJ Pan’s data ahead of the migration and integrated everything with the ERP system, Sagepay.
