Antler is a leader in its field, selling a wide range of innovative products including luggage, bags and accessories. Their customer base is global; their rich heritage stretches back well over a century.
In 2010 Antler joined with Digital Boutique in a partnership that sought to lay the foundations for a successful digital future.
The challenge was to implement and support an eCommerce solution, to fully re-develop the Antler website, and in the process to greatly improve the brand's overall online performance.
The project began with our current solution investigation: full web-application audit and a comprehensive code review. From there we devised a complete strategic forecast that would stabilise web performance.
In tandem with the team at Rackspace we then engineered a solid hosting solution, built with redundancy and capable of supporting the Antler stores and took into consideration the forecasted future growth.
Full data migration took place to a site fully redeveloped using the latest Magento platform. Both the User Experience and the Backend Processes were considerably enhanced, to provide customers with a more intuitive experience and site administrators with a greater degree of control.

Since the new site was launched, Antler's web traffic has risen by 50%. In conjunction, their bounce rate reduced by 34%, site speed noticeably increased (and was acknowledged throughout all pages and operations), and their Google Speed score rose from 56% to an impressive 92%.
Of course, snappy statistics count for little if sales don't increase in the process. Antler's rose by 300%.
We completed a unique robust ERP integration with IBM systems (AS400). This has been accomplished across multiple channels, multiple branded stores and updates every 10 minutes.
